The day I got stuck in the tube gate (mom's fault)

Today we did a lot of stuff. We went to 6 different places that I will tell you about.

Number 1: We went to Westminster Abbey. It was so cool! All the queens and kings have been crowned there except for 2. Also there were a lot of dead bodies there and tombs. I was glad they had the audio tour for free. It gave me a lot of information!

Number 2: We went to Buckingham Palace! It was funny to watch the soldiers walk around like robots. I think instead they should hire robots, it would be cool!

Number 3: We went to the Natural History Museum! I did not think it was very interesting but mom and Luke did. My favorite part of that though was this dinosaur. It was a robot but it walked and roared like it would have back in the day.

Number 4: We went to the V&A Museum! It was right next to The Natural History Museum so it was walking distance. What I thought was cool was the theater room. They had stuff from movies like old outfits. I also thought the little pictures were cool that they had there.

Number 5: We went to appetizers at this place that was ok. Mommy, Daddy, Luke and me played this game called who knows who better.

Number 6: We went to dinner at this Indian restaurant. I liked it.

Oh I forgot to tell you how we got from place to place. Well, we took the tube. We were doing fine until this happened. Dad was in the elevator so mom thought she could take me and Luke through the gates. She gave Luke the card (because she told him he could do it) and he went and slid it. The doors opened and Luke walked through, mom went through and she was holding my hand. Well when I went through the gates were closing I was stuck and my mom was laughing! She kept on trying to pull me through but I was more likely to go back then forward so I had to get myself out of there. A nice lady used her card so I could get through, so I went. Then she needed to go through and her card did not work. (The bad part about this is that the train was very full and every body got off at the spot we did. That's why my dad was not there he was on another elevator.) Finally, somebody took the  lady that helped us through the gates and every body was ok.

(This is me on the tube reading a newspaper before all of that happened.)

  1. I love all your details, Livi! It is very instructive to read about things from each person's point of view. :)
